Gina Stewart, 51, from Australia, has been voted the 'world's hottest gran' speaks about her favorite exercise and shares the secret behind her incredible figure.

The mom of four and grandmother of 2 takes great pride in being the “healthiest” she can and keeping her figure trim and toned.

Gina also runs her own health and fitness Instagram page, @ginastewarthealth, and recently shared one of her favorite exercises for staying young.

Posting a sexy picture of her sporting a black Reebok top – and nothing else – the gran wrote about “rebounding” and its health benefits.

Alongside the cheeky photo, Gina posted an introduction to the sport which revealed her breasts without a sports bra.

She said: “Rebounding is a perfect aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline.

“Jumps can be fast or slow, and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping.

“Just 20 minutes of rebounding a day is equivalent to 1 hour jogging, rejuvenates and strengthens every single cell in the body. Slows ageing. Burns more calories than running. Super efficient at toning.”
