As the great Cady Heron once said, "in girl world, Halloween is the one day a year when a girl can dress up as a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it!" Now, I'm not going to out and out call anyone a slut because of the way they dress on the Spookiest night of the year, and, as a man, in many ways I legitimately appreciate the...effort that goes into it.
