Being attractive in our society is by and large MUCH better than being ugly. For the obvious reasons, such as how other people are more likely to let you skip lines, give you more food at the Chinese place across from your office and let you touch their fun parts. That's the big one, really. Sex is a lot easier to get when you're attractive. If you're interested. It's 2016, people, asexual is a thing (I've been told).
Being ugly, on the other hand, gets you on the fast track to an office in the basement of the company headquarters because potential customers shouldn't be exposed to you until they absolutely need to be!
