A Mcdonald's Manager Throws Blender At Woman's Face After Argument

An Ohio woman got more than what she ordered over the counter of her local McDonalds when the manager threw a blender at her face. After a 25 minute wait and throwing bags of food at the manager, the woman suffered a broken cheekbone and swollen eye after sustaining injuries from the thrown blender.

A manager has been fired at an Ohio McDonald’s when she threw a blender at a customer’s face.

The customer, Brittany Price was knocked down to the floor after the blender was chucked directly at her face.

The video of the incident which has since been released shows Ms. Price waiting at the counter for over 23 minutes.

Brittany Price, who initially ordered food through the drive-through window had entered the shop upon receiving incorrect items. As she waited at the counter for the order to be corrected, her frustrations grew.

It was after 23 minutes, that she went back to her car to gather the rest of her order and demand a refund.

The video shows her getting aggressive and throwing food at the manager.

“I wasn’t the only one that got frustrated, you know, watching the video we see a lot of people that see me and her talking, trying to resolve the issue and they’re like, I’m not dealing with this, you know, they just left, they didn’t even place their order.”

Just as soon as she threw the food, the manager reciprocated with the blender which hit her square in the jaw. Ms. Price is seen immediately being knocked to the ground.

Ms. Price has had to undergo surgery for the injuries caused by the incident. In an interview, she intimated that the situation would have escalated even if she hadn’t thrown the food.

“I definitely don’t feel like there would have been a different result. I feel like even if we would have just went verbal back and forth that it still would have escalated to something else.”

The Manager however is of a different view and maintains that she would not have reacted had Ms. Price not thrown the food in the first place.

A McDonald’s spokesperson released a statement,

 “The safety of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us…This behavior is not reflective of our values".

They also revealed that the manager was “no longer employed by our organization".
