Even though it's not Holiday season, and we're not kids anymore, nevertheless, we eat fudges on regular basis. This melted glob of chocolate, butter, cream and sugar will surely make your mouth water and your tummy grumble. Cinnamon Fudge

If you're a fan of cinnamon, you're going to love this! This cinnamon-flavored fludge tastes amazing and it requires 3 cups granulated white sugar, ¾ cup butter, 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk, 1 (10 ounce) bag cinnamon baking chips, 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Combine the sugar, the butter and the milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat and stir constantly. Boil it for 5 minutes while stirring all the time. Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla beat with a wooden spoon until well blended.

Chocolate Orange Fudge

For this fudge you will need 2½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 (14 ounce) can sweeted condensed milk, ½ cup chopped pecans (optional), 2 teaspoons orange zets. All you have to do is melt the chocolate chips with condensed milk in a bowl in the microwave and stir it until smooth, cut into squares and store covered in refrigerator. To make taste even better, you can peel an orange on the top.

Super – Easy Rocky Road Fudge

This rocky road fudge is easy for everyone, even for the begginers! The ingredients you need are 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet cholate morsels, 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 cups miniature marshmallows, 1½ cups coarsely chopped walnuts. Microwave the morsels and sweetened condensed milk in large, microwave-safe bowl on high (100 percent) power for 1 minute and stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and fold in marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Peanut Butter Fudge

Preparing this fudge will take you some 15-20 minutes, but it serves 15. You will need ½ cup butter, 2¼ cups brown sugar, ½ cup milk, ¾ cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 3½ cups confectioner's sugar. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and the milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently then remove from heat. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioner's sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

For all of you who don't know, whether peanut butter or chocolate is more delicious, here is the perfect fudge recepie. The two flavours in one bite is a nice surprise. The required ingredients for this fudge are 1 cup peanut butter chips, 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, 2¼ cups granulated white sugar, 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme, 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated whole milk, ¼ cup butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. In 2 separate heat-safe medium bowls, place 1 cup peanut butter chips in one and chocolate chips in the other, in a 3 quart sauce pan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and continue to stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla. Quickly stir one-half of the hot mixture into peanut butter chips and the other half into the chocolate chips. Stir the peanut butter mixture until fully melted and quickly pour into prepared pan. Stir the chocolate chip mixture until fully melted and carefully spread over top of peanut butter layer.

Pina Colada Fudge

This fludge is very simple and It's going to be a great dessert choice after heavy meal, and all the ingredients you need are 1 (12 oz.) package white chocolate chips, 1 (16 oz.) tub cream cheese or vanilla frosting, ¼ tsp. salt, ½tsp. rum extract, ½ cup dried pineapple, chopped, ¼ cup toasted flaked coconut, ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts, ½ cup chopped pecans. Melt the baking chips in the microwave in a medium bowl and stir in the frosting, salt, extract, nuts and fruit until well combined. Scrape into the prepared pan and sprinkle with additional nuts or fruit as garnish, if using.

Cookie Crumb Caramel Microwave Fudge

This one is buttery but it's not too sweet and it causes great devides and it also contains cookies! Make sure you have the following ingredients 1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup brown sugar, 125g butter, 2 tablespoons liquid glucose, 1 tablespoon golden syrup, 200g white chocolate roughly chopped, 1 tablespoon cream and ½ cup crushed and crumbed cookies. Place condensed milk, sugar, butter, glucose and golden syrup in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave uncovered at 70% power capacity (medium to high) for approximately 8 minutes, stirring with a heat safe balloon whisk every 2 minutes. Microwave uncovered at 70% power capacity for another 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes with a wooden spoon until mixture is thick, smooth and golden. Remove from microwave. Stand for 2 minutes until bubbles have simmered down and then add the white chocolate. Stir until it melts and the mixture is smooth. Add the cream and stir once again.

No Cook White Chocolate Pumpkin Fudge

For this super tasty fudge you only need white chocolate, coconut oil and pumpkin. Pumpkin is a rich source of minerals and dietary fiber which are good for your health, especially for your heart, although pumpkin tastes amazing. Place the chocolate chips, the sweetened condensed milk, and the butter or margarine in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stir once or twice during cooking, then stir in nuts, if desired.

Crunchy Mint – Chocolate Fudge

This crunchy fudge is an easy homemade treat both for school and work, look at this amazing no-cook fudge, bonus: it's nut-free! The needed ingredients are 1 pkg (225 g) clear mint candies, 2½ cups(625 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk. In microwave-safe bowl, stir together the chocolate chips and the condensed milk. Microwave, uncovered, on medium (50%) 2 minute. Remove bowl from microwave and stir well until mixture is smooth. Measure out ¼cup (50 mL) crushed candy and set aside. Pour the remaining crushed candy into chocolate mixture and stir it well. Using a stiff heat-proof spatula or wooden spoon, scrape fudge into prepared pan, pushing mixture into the corners and smoothing top. Sprinkle reserved candy evenly over top, pressing down gently with your hands so it sticks to fudge. Fold paper over top of pan, then refrigerate until firm.
