He says, "This is a dream come true that I searched for and conquered. You look at your body and see that it's growing and you're going to want more. They call me Hulk, Schwarzenegger and He-Man all the time and I like that. I've doubled my biceps to 60cm but I still want to be bigger."

Experts told Valdir that his obsession with bulking up could cause serious problems, including amputation of his arms if he does not stop using the oil injections immediately. He tried giving it up for 3 months in 2015 but got sick and his muscle turned to flab so he began using even more of the synthetic oil to bulk up. He has had close shaves with his health in the past and his neck muscled have been infected on several occasions.
