There's no overstating the importance of a balanced, healthy breakfast. It's the key to starting your day off right.
Unfortunately, it doesn't always turn out as planned. And when breakfast goes wrong, there's no coming back from it. You might as well give up on the entire day.

There are so many things wrong with this picture. Yes, the flip attempt went horribly wrong. But there are also noodles in that omelet.
At least this owlmlet doesn't have eyes and can't see how awful it turned out.
