This woman for some reason had a massive pimple build up on her side, and this thing looks like it's more than likely infected as a cherry on top.

She was in immense amounts of pain from a gigantic pimple at the pool, she had her drunk friends pop the beast. One woman is simply holding a bottle of Fireball with a straw sticking out! She probably should have been passing that around to everyone else though

They made sure she was nice and numb for the medical procedure, thanks to a little Fireball. Then they got to work. They got together by the pool and decided to work with a few alcohol rubbing pads and some paper towels.

As you can see for yourself that pimple was so packed full it shot a string of body cheese for a fair amount of time before it sputtered down. This woman needs a dermatologist because judging by the appearance that needs some antibiotics even after being popped.
