A Reddit user posted a spooky Christmas video showing a see-through figure near a man and his car, sparking eerie speculation about what happened in a remote area.
Chilling Footage Shows 'Ghost' Appear Behind Man On Security Camera

Spooky security camera footage posted on Reddit suggests that Scrooge isn't the only one experiencing ghostly visits this Christmas.
In the widely known tale, the grumpy old Dickens character receives visits from the ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and Christmas Future; however, the apparition in this movie doesn't appear to carry any special warnings.
However, one thing appears to be almost certain: the video that was posted this past weekend on the Reddit thread r/Ghosts depicts some sort of supernatural activity.
A Reddit user posted the footage, which she had received from their mother and saw on her security camera.

A man, who appeared to be a real person, was observed rooting around the trunk of his white car on an open plot of land near some trees.
The video starts with the sound of roosters crowling, and then it cuts to a nearly transparent figure in the trees, heading toward the open area, a few seconds in.
They keep traveling for a little while before stopping and bending to the ground, all the while a rooster lets out a loud crow.
The ghostly figure bends down and vanishes completely; the man appears to be unaffected as he closes the car doors and packs up his belongings before heading inside the house.
The Reddit member who posted the video said it was the best ghost video they had ever seen.
Then they said that there were no neighbors nearby who would have been strolling in the woods. "My brother is right there and never heard or saw anyone," they remarked.
It's difficult to explain the creepy apparition, which has many Reddit users puzzled and uneasy.
"The fact that the person just disappears as it leans down is very unsettling," one viewer wrote, while another added: "Oh now see this is very interesting indeed. We so rarely get videos on here that genuinely make me think ‘Huh, that’s def a bit creepy’."
Even though one viewer acknowledged they were a "skeptic," they still found the footage to be "f**king creepy."
The original poster said they got the "chills" every time they viewed the video in a remark underneath it.
Despite the skepticism of some viewers, they continued to claim that it couldn't have been a real person, saying: "I don't think you understand how far out in the middle of nowhere this is."
The man in the video, who is supposedly "moving out" of the house and "not coming back" after witnessing what happened behind him, is one person who is sure the footage is real.
I don't blame him after watching the video myself.
The strange video on Reddit has everyone confused and talking.
Some people are really scared by it, and even the person in the video is moving out.
It's a mystery that's hard to explain.
