Selfish Jerks Cut In Line In Front Of Mother With Kids At Customs Border, Get Instant Karma

Sometimes it's best to let karma do her work. That’s what OP did when she was crossing the border with two little ones in tow. When a car decided to cut her off multiple times, rather than give in to road rage, she decided to wait for the payoff when customs officers grabbed them for a ‘mandatory’ search.

OP lived in Germany and was going to make the drive to Serbia. This meant she would have to cross across the border and deal with customs at some point. She had her three children in tow so the drive was going to be a little more complicated than usual.

When she got to the border crossing, the area was packed. Most people had the same idea over the holidays and traffic was stuck for several kilometers. 

OP decided to wait patiently as the slow-moving traffic inched ahead.

The wait time meant her little children were getting antsy and OP knew they would soon need a little break from the monotony.

OP was dealing with her kids and didn't realize that two buses had moved on further and she had not closed the gap yet. As she tried to move her car closer, three cars slipped ahead and took the spot. She clarified that cutting in line was not allowed at the customs border.

She stepped out of the car and let them know that they were wrong and that they should have been more patient.

She was ignored and decided not to tell them that cutting off was illegal. There were several signs indicating as much but they had not yet noticed them or did not care. 

OP simply went back to her car and decided to wait more.

15 minutes later, two officers started patrolling the line.

They went about their routine of checking cars and saw OP's toddlers in the back. The officer assured her it wouldn't be too long of a wait and that they would open the second gate for her.

The three drivers had stepped out to have a smoke and overheard the officer. They decided to rush back to their cars immediately.

OP knew exactly what they had in mind and decided to wait just a moment for the inevitable to happen.

Exactly what she thought would happen, happened and the three predictably cut her off and got through the gate. The customs officers weren't having it though and had them park aside.

This meant all three cars would be searched thoroughly adding hours to their original wait time. They would also be interrogated and asked to unpack personal belongings.

OP on the other hand answered a simple question at the gate and was waved on towards her destination.

OP's passports were stamped and went on her merry way knowing that her newly made enemies would have a difficult time ahead of them. They would also have to pay a fine for breaking the law and cutting off her vehicle.

The schadenfreude was strong in the comments as they relished the natural hand of karma slapping sense into the drivers.
