The former cheerleader for the Utah Jazz Amber Telford, admitted to unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
She has also been ordered to serve 150 hours of community service and register as a sex offender.
Telford, who ran the now-closed Colette's Dancing School, was accused of grooming her underage student with gifts and engaging in a sexual relationship with him.
