The question that we all have been asking is who is this mysterious brother that Eminem hardly ever talks about? His name is Nathan Kane Mathers. He is 14 years younger than the rapper.

While most of you may be surprised that Nathan exists, Eminem actually mentions him in his song 'My Mom.' "But I don’t need it, well fuck it then, break it up...Take a little piece and beat it before you wake Nathan up," Eminem rapped.

Nathan has been inspired by his famous rap artist big brother and has been trying to make it for some time now as an actor. Now, it looks like he will finally have his shot at making it big. He will be starring in 'Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain.' a crime-horror movie that is set to be a big hit.

Clearly, acting runs in the family as we all know that Eminem had the lead role in the famous movie about his own life called '8 Mile.' This was the rappers first attempt at getting known by people who are not involved in the world of rap and hip-hop music.

'Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain' was shot on location in both Detroit, Michigan and Chennai, India. Nathan Mathers will star side by side with Jesi Jensen who plays a police officer, who happens to also be ex-military, who was assigned to the supernatural case. You can check out the trailer here.

While trying to catch a little fame of his own, Nathan has had a failed attempt at a rapping career and briefly made the news back in 2009 when he was arrested for DUI. When he was arrested, his blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit. We have not heard anything else about him since then, until now.

Nathan and Eminem did not exactly have the easiest lives growing up which is apparent through some of Eminem's lyrics. "I don’t like to give the sob story: growing up in a single-parent home, never knew my father, my mother never worked, and when friends came over I’d hide the welfare cheese. Yo, I failed ninth grade three times, but I don’t think it was ’cause I’m stupid," Eminem said of his childhood.

"I didn’t go to school. I couldn’t deal. I mean I got jumped, fucked up shit happened to me a few times, but that happens to everybody. I don’t think it has anything to do with color or any of that shit. It’s just all a part of growing up."

Eminem is known for speaking out about the things that he cares about the most which we are a guessing is a result of all the incidents in his childhood. He recently made headlines across the world with his 4-minute anti-Trump rap that he calls 'The Storm." As far as Nathan goes, we wish him the best of luck in his acting career. We all hope he finally gets a taste of the success that his brother has had over the years.
