The loud noise of the firecrackers is known to frighten animals and frighten their hearing abilities. One such news of a puppy trying to flee the loud noise from the firecrackers has made it to the news.

A video has been doing rounds on social media showing a puppy trying to hide from loud bangs and ending up stuck in a wall. The incident took place on February 13 in China's Jiangsu Province, on the fourth floor of a residential compound in Yancheng, the day the Lunar New Year is celebrated by the locals.

In the short clip doing rounds on the internet, rescuers can be seen breaking the wall using hammers to get the pup out. It is still unclear how the dog managed to get inside the apartment divider which has no holes or openings. As per neighbors, the dog belongs to a local and took refuge in the enclosed apartment divider after getting frightened by the festive firecrackers. When the neighbors spotted the dog, they alerted the police and a rescue team reached the spot.

In the end, the officers made enough room for the dog to wriggle out.The video ends with the pet going down the stairs in a hurry after being free.The owner of the dog, who remains unidentified, said he didn’t know how his pet managed to crawl behind the enclosed wall. Despite the scary incident, the dog didn’t sustain any serious injuries.
