This is Dr. Sandra Lee. By this point, everyone should know who she is and what she does. If you don't, she's the pimple popper. She makes those gross popping videos that you just can't stop watching. Today she is tackling a lymphoma that might just make you stop watching.

She lovingly referred to this lymphoma as a "bowling ball." When you see the cyst you instantly see why. This thing is huge. It is easily the single biggest cyst I have ever seen. It's almost as if this poor guy has another head trying to grow out of his back.

Here is another angle just to help you realize just how big this thing is. The patient referred to the cyst as a pillow. I can see why. Good grief that thing is huge. Dr. Lee was going to have her work cut out for her with this one.

Dr. Lee prepares the man for surgery and begins to outline the area where she plans to make her incision. She numbs the patient and makes sure he ready for the procedure.

Dr. Lee starts making her incision in the skin exposing the large fatty cyst. She starts remarking on how perfect it is. She then reached under the skin to begin trying to loosen it up.

Dr. Lee hoped that she could pull out the lipoma whole, but sadly she couldn't because the fibrous bands inside it were keeping it stuck in place. She also explains that the lipoma wasn't encapsulated well which meant it would tear easily. With all the issues hindering her from pulling it out whole, she just dives right in and starts pulling handfuls of fatty tissue. If you ask me it looks like scrambled eggs.

Once she is convinced that she has gotten it all, she finally starts to close the now gaping hole. First, she removes excess skin to make sure that it heals nicely before sewing the hole closed. She does remark that since the lymphoma didn't have a well-defined sack, that she wasn't 100% certain that she got it all. The patient contacted Dr. Lee a month after the procedure to let her know that he is doing well and that he misses his "built-in pillow" but luckily his wife has taken over that role.
