This woman had an epidermoid cyst on her back for years. This monster of a cyst was removed from a woman's back by Dr Sandra Lee aka dr pimple popper.

During the procedure, the surgeon Dr Sandra Lee had to make an incision in order to remove the gunk that lay under the patient's skin.

Then, using only her fingers, Lee squeezes the oozing tissue out of the wound while making small talk.

Cyst removal left her with a large hole on her back. In the end of the procedure, Dr.Sandra Lee stitched up the hole.

Dr Lee then presented the patient with everything that was removed from her back. "There's all the contents. It's just like wet skin cells, lovely huh?"
