Many people make sure to have a friendly introduction when a new neighbor moves in on the block. After all, you never know when you may need something from them. Or perhaps there's even potential for a new friendship.
The following story, however, is an example of two neighbors starting on the opposite end of the right foot.

Lynch came to learn that a new neighbor was building a home in the vacant lot next door to his house. The neighbor decided part of Lynch's driveway was on his new property and wanted to make that known. He even cemented the blocks into the pavement so they couldn't be moved by hand!

Lynch went public with his story and claimed he was being bullied. "I have little fight left in me, and I hate to see somebody bulldoze over me," he told Channel 9.

Just as Lynch was planning on getting a lawyer to settle the matter, Lynch and his new neighbor had a much needed conversation and they agreed the cement blocks should go. Lynch said his neighbor told him he "meant no ill will" before removing the blocks from the driveway.
