#1 A white raven.

You're all probably familiar with the solid blackness of the common raven but have you ever seen a solid white raven? Like most other species on earth, ravens can be afflicted with albinism. Pretty stunning right?

#2 What did you expect inside that lemon?

Most people never actually peel a lemon so seeing one peeled for the first time can seem a little odd. That said, there is little difference in appearance between a peeled lemon and peeled orange outside of the color.

#3 Now this is bizarre looking.

Have you ever seen a multicolored pepper? Well, you have now. This one was mutated causing one side to appear normal while the other side is completely white. Taste wise there is no difference.

#4 What happened to all your hair?

This cute little fella is a hairless guinea pig. Idk about you but having owned a guinea pig or two in my life, having a hairless one would be a dream. All the cute cuddliness without the hair getting all over everything.

#5 Not what I expected.

This is the inside of a grenade. Not at all what I expected it to look like. I couldn't even begin to explain what all these parts do but you have to admit there is a certain artistic harmony to it all, you know... when it's not blowing up.

#6 Why so black?

These are Chinese black chickens. They are said to be really tasty but I will never know because I wouldn't be caught dead eating one. Would you be brave enough to give it a try?

#7 A white cockroach.

No, it's not an albino roach. Roaches spend at least a few hours of their lives appearing completely white. This is due to their molting. Once they shed the previous layer it takes a few hours for their color to return. It's not a rare occurrence at all they just are rarely seen because when they molt they are at risk of drying out so they stay hidden until their new layer has hardened.

#8 How violet of you.

Have you ever seen a violet potato? There are thousands of different kinds of potatoes that come in all different colors. These particular potatoes are from Peru. Would you eat one?
