Even with the normalization of pole dancing, those who choose to partake in the art of seductive dance are still compared to adult entertainers. That is probably why this father-daughter pole-dancing duo gets conflicting opinions on their craft.

This is probably the last thing you would expect to find a father and his daughter doing together. Dave, the father, is 52 years old and his daughter, Hazel, is 27. They took up pole dancing as a hobby a few years back.

The pair is so skilled in their dancing that they are opening their own pole dancing studio with 14 poles in Gloucestershire, England so that they may teach others how to dance on a pole full time.

The duo became popular when they appeared on the British reality tv show 'Britain's Got Talent.' The judges had a very hard time with the fact that the pair is a father and daughter team, and they were quickly buzzed off of the stage. You can see the pair in action here.

Hazel says that if you cannot trust your own dad to not drop you, then who can you trust? She has had offers from others to work with them, but she will not even consider dancing with anyone else. She feels comfortable and safe with her father, and no one knows her balance points like he does. While I too find this to be strange, my thoughts are that if they are happy and not hurting anyone, let them have fun.
