'I've always loved making funny pictures of my friends and family and when we had a baby and my girlfriend started asking for pictures, it was the perfect opportunity to have a laugh,' he explained.

'I've been using Photoshop since I was 15 and I love playing around with pictures and having fun with it.

A lot of Deuss’ photos turn the ordinary into extraordinary—or even mischievous. “I get my ideas mostly from daily life activities,” he says. “Just by driving around or looking at movies or magazines, I can get plenty of inspiration. So there are a lot more to come.”

'When I first sent the pictures to my girlfriend, she was shocked but eventually she realised it was just a joke and now she finds it hilarious.

'People sometimes think the pictures are real which I take as a compliment but I have received angry comments from people in the past who haven't understood it's not real.

'Now we have Aster, I'm already planning the next pictures I can do with her!

'It's fun for all of us and people love it'.
