On a typical Monday afternoon in Norfolk, Virginia a house caught fire. While the incident itself was tragic, a funny woman named Rhoda Young decided to play reporter and went live on Facebook. Now, Rhoda is not a real reporter, but she did a bang up job at not only being the most amusing reporter to hit the internet, but she also has some great detective skills as well. She not only gave a hilarious report of the scene as it was unfolding, but she even found the arsonist who set the house ablaze.

The whole video opens up with Rhoda riding as a passenger in a vehicle with an unidentified man who is behind the wheel. She happily exclaims, "I’m going live right here on the fire scene. The firetruck is right behind me!" When they arrive on the scene of the fire, she loudly proclaims, "We're going to see to this b****?"
"Attention, this is Rhoda Young reporting live. I’m a volunteer."

The fire was a full blaze and looked as if it could cause the neighboring home to catch fire as well. Rhoda was ever the diligent amateur reporter and stayed on the scene for 54 minutes to report the whole scene as it unfolded. At one point during her news report, she suggests to the firefighters that they spray the neighboring home down with water to prevent further damage.

At one point, she came in contact with the battalion chief who was not impressed with Rhoda's efforts. He even shot her a not so pleasant look, but that did not deter Rhoda from continuing with her news story.

Throughout her video, Rhoda despite having no influence over what happens continues to insist that the house needs to be sprayed down with water and warns the people around her about a falling power line. She was demanding that the power company shut the electricity off for the whole neighborhood. Then she sets her sights on the owner of the burning house, Donald William Stricker III, who is pictured here.

Stricker tells Rhoda that he left his home to grab some beer, and when he returned, it was on fire. However, Rhoda was much more perceptive than Stricker must have thought. She calls him out for having burnt hair and pants. It became abundantly clear that Stricker was not being honest about what happened to his home.

Rhoda continued to stream her live report and maintained that she felt that Stricker had something to do with the fire. It was not long before a neighbor had informed Rhoda that Stricker confessed to setting the blaze and was being taken away in handcuffs. You can watch the whole video here.
