Rescuers struggled to retrieve the girls body due to where it was stuck
Girl, 14, Falls To Her Death From The Top Of Waterfall While Taking Selfies
A 14-year-old girl fell while taking a selfie and died from being trapped between rocks off a waterfall.
The youngster, known as Moe Sa Nay, was with a friend at the Sinywa Waterfall in the town of Paung, Myanmar, on July 22 when she fell.
She rapidly lost her balance and was caught between two enormous stones, being carried away by the powerful current downstream.
It's thought that the teenager drowned because she was unable to save herself.

Her friend is said to have slipped as well, but escaped unharmed and only suffered minor wounds.
It has been stated that Moe was snapping selfies for her 150,000 social media followers and TikTok profile.
Although there were attempts at rescue, video from the scene demonstrates how challenging it was to retrieve Moe's body.
One of the rescue personnel discussed the difficult circumstances.
Rescuer Mon Zaw said: “The one who slipped reached the bottom, but died after getting stuck between the rocks."
“She died because she couldn't get out. They tried to rescue her but couldn't pull her out. Then the aid organizations and officials came.”
The speed at which the waterfall water was pouring and the difficulty in locating and safely removing Moe's body were both captured on camera during the rescue operation.

In an attempt to yank her out, they were seen tying her hands together with rope.
The teenager's body was brought to the Paung Township General Hospital for a post-mortem examination after they were able to free her.
The number of people who attempt to capture pictures and end up injured or killed has increased.
After allegedly snapping a picture on an illegal path, a visitor fell into Mount Vesuvius' crater in 2022.
The American family, who were strolling on an out-of-bounds trail, disregarded the signs, according to reports from Italian media at the time about the 23-year-old.
As soon as the man tried to take a photo at the volcano's summit while traveling on this forbidden path, things swiftly went wrong.
Trying to pick up his dropped phone, the man fell when he was standing at the top of the famous Naples landmark.
The tourist was lucky that it wasn't fatal, and all he had on his arms and back were cuts and bruises.
