#2 The Brutal Truth

Until the truth came out brutally. Carleigh's boyfriend, Ryan Cameron, assaulted her so badly that she had to be taken to the ER where the doctors had to stitch the tongue that he had ripped out with his fingers back into her mouth. He also bit off part of her ear.

#3 She Thought She Was Dying

She told the police that she had thought she was having a cardiac arrest because the blood was choking her mouth and she couldn't breathe. She screamed and her boyfriend tried to suffocate her with her own blood.

#4 Abusive

She revealed that Cameron had been abusive in the past, and that whenever she said she was going to leave him, he threatened her dog's life. And she added that her Facebook posts were just an illusion.

#5 'Prince Charming'

Carleigh is out of the ICU and in a stable condition, but her recovery will take a very long time. In an interview she said that she never imagined that she would become the victim of domestic violence of whom she had called her âÂ€Â˜Prince Charming.'
