A Sydney grandmother-of-five revealed she lost 31.6 kilograms in just three months without any form of exercise.

Ana Reyes, 50, from Sydney disliked her physique After seeing a photograph of herself. She shed 5 stone in three months by following a healthy diet and cut out junk food.


She told Daily Mail Australia:

"I couldn't believe how I looked. At the same time I couldn't walk up stairs, I couldn't paint my toenails, it was awful."
