Evidence proves that the states that have more gun owners have more gun deaths whereas states with stronger gun control laws have less gun related deaths.

The man who shot up the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, killing 49 people, was a known homophobe, who was also known to be abusive and violent, easily passed the so-called background check and easily obtained his weapon of choice just days before the attack.

The recent mass shooter in Las Vegas legally obtained his weapons and proceeded to perform the deadliest mass shooting in modern history.

November 5, 2017, a single man walked into a Baptist church in Texas and open fire killing 26 people, some of these were children, and injuring 20 or more others.

When responding to these incidents, President Trump tries his best to shift the blame from guns saying these were "not a guns situation."

The facts are clear if you just choose to see. In an effort to show you the hypocrisy of the whole situation, here are some items that are either banned or require stricter regulations than purchasing a gun.

The surprise-filled Kinder Egg has been completely banned in America because the hidden toy surprise inside of a chocolate egg could pose a choking hazard. Yes, we believe this can be dangerous, but not nearly as dangerous as guns can be.

I know you have noticed that Fourth of July sparklers are not the same as they used to be. That is because the original metal sticks covered in a thin layer of gunpowder have been banned or require a permit in order to purchase them.

Delaware law states:

"A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home, and state’ (Delaware constitution, article 1, section 20)

No person shall store, sell, offer or expose for sale, or have in possession…any fireworks’ (Delaware code, title 16, section 6901)"

Haggis is a specialty near and dear to the great people in Scotland, but did you know that it is banned in the United States? The FDA placed this ban saying that nothing, including animal lungs, is allowed due to health risks. What?

Here is a fun one for you... In the state of Texas, you can legally own more guns than you can own dildos.

Yes, Dildos! It is illegal in the state of Texas to own six or more dildos. The statute states that a person who owns six or more obscene devices or similar obscene articles is assumed to possess them with intent to promote the same.

By law, students cannot bring dildos onto university campuses, but they can bring their guns. We wonder how many deaths by dildos have been recorded... 'Murica!

A parent in southern California complained about their child learning the definition of oral sex while reading a dictionary at school actually managed to get them banned from so-Cal classrooms.

Sex-ed is so obviously more dangerous for children than adults owning guns around them, for sure.

In Las Vegas, it is legal to carry a real gun but illegal to carry a fake or toy version. The ban also includes flamethrowers as well as blades over three inches long in order to keep the sidewalks safer. Can you see me rolling my eyes here?

Lawn darts were banned after a serious injury in 1997. They were deemed unsafe by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission after three children died from injuries occurred from this outdoor game.

Other strange bans include fresh ackee fruit, antiques, absinthe, mirabelle plums, and Nigella Lawson for a brief time in 2014. While none of this is really new, it is just ironic to see these much less fatal items getting bans and deemed more dangerous than guns. Makes you think, don't it?
