#1 In 2009, Peter Bergmann made his way to the small Irish town of Sligo, in Ireland.

Sligo is a small seaport County in Ireland. The area was surrounded by CCTV cameras which captured footage 24/7. Peter, as he called himself, was a solitary man. After he checked into the hotel, CCTV footage show he exited the premises frequently carrying just one purple bag. He kept to himself and barely spoke to anyone.

#2 He walked around town noticing the cameras following him as he clutched a purple bag.

The strange thing is that this purple bag appears to contain something every time he leaves but is empty on return. No one is certain not even the authorities as to the content of this bag. It also appears that all Peter Bergman movements are pre-planned and he preferred that his movements remain shrouded except when he wanted. As he traveled through the town, the strange man seemed to know which routes would help him avoid public security cameras.

#3 Upon reviewing hotel security footage, police found that Bergmann seemed to be very aware of the cameras. They found multiple instances of the man staring directly at the cameras for long stretches of time.

#4 On his second day in town, Bergmann purchased some stamps. On the third day, he purchased a bus ticket to the nearby town of Rosses Point.

The recipient of the mail post could never be traced. After mailing his letter he flagged a taxi can and asked the driver where there was a nearby beach that he might be able to lay on and get some relaxation. The driver took him to the Rousses Point beach, dropped him off, and returned to town.

#5 On his last day, Bergmann checked out the hotel and took a bus to Rosses Point. Security cameras spotted him at a cafe eating a contemplative lunch. That was the last time he was seen alive.

He reads the paper several times before shredding it in his hands. He drinks his coffee then walks back to Rousses Point for his second visit, and final..

#6 The next morning, Bergmann's lifeless body was found on a nearby beach. Scary as that is, the surprises just kept coming.

His body was found dead on the beach the next morning. Detectives say that Bergmann left no stone unturned to cover his movements and erase all traces of his existence. His real identity is yet to be determined. Bergmann removed all of the tags from the clothing he was wearing. Upon examination by the coroner, it was found that despite being found on a beach, Bergmann did not die from drowning. The medical examiner found skeletal tumors, and the man was also in the advanced stages of prostate cancer.

#7 Stranger still, as police continued to dig, they discovered that the man's name was a pseudonym.

No evidence of his identity can be found in the country of Ireland. The autopsy showed not trauma, drugs, or other foul play. He did have cancer but that was not determined to be the cause of death, which still baffles medical examiners. Bergmann used a fake name and address to check into the hotel. The address he gave at the front desk was for an empty lot just outside of Vienna, Austria.

#8 Locals think he may have been an alien and are now skeptical of all strangers visiting the area.

Locals believe Peter Bergmann was a spy from another country of an alien. His body, when found, had deteriorated so quickly that it looked like that of a man dead for over 30 days or more. Yet, he was seen that day on the cameras around the area. Now the townspeople in Sligo and Rousses Point are skeptical of any stranger they see arriving in town.
