Creativity isn’t just limited to art students when it comes to conjuring up creative ways to get out of classes, assignments or exams. Some of the classics include:
Forging a doctor’s note
Intricate yet quasi-believable excuses
Faking sick
A premed student at Columbia University in New York took exam avoidance to the next level by staging hilariously bad pictures of himself in the hospital to send to his professor.
While it’s safe to assume that these pictures didn’t work out too well for him, they did end up making him an Internet sensation.
#1 Midterms are incredibly stressful times for college students. Some people will try anything to get out of them.
#2 This Columbia pre-med student sent these images to his professor, claiming to be in the hospital. Do you notice anything about his oxygen tubes?
#4 He also posted the images to social media, where people immediately noticed what was up. C'mon, that's clearly a Mac cable!
#5 But he continued the ruse, claiming to be on oxygen when he left the hospital. There are those earbuds again!
#6 The photos quickly went viral and were shared more than 20,000 times. We don't think he got out of the exam.
#7 He certainly gets points for trying!
