A Connecticut man is behind bars after flipping out because the person using his neighbors bathroom was taking too long, according to NBC Connecticut.
Shawn Cummins, 22, was arrested after Vernon police got a call about a highly intoxicated man at a local apartment complex.
#1 When Shawn Cummins went out drinking one night in May, he probably didn't expect to end up arrested by the end of the evening.
#2 Cummins showed up at a friend's apartment late one night, very intoxicated.
#3 His friends let him in to hang out, but then everything went south.
Cummins supposedly got so mad that someone was taking their time in the bathroom that he fired a shot into it.
#4 Luckily, the person using the bathroom was unharmed in the incident.
Cummins was then forced to leave the apartment.
#5 Cummins shot one more round into the building when he got outside.
The police arrived at the scene shortly after that.
#6 Cummins' gun was registered and he did have a permit for it. The police got a warrant and also searched his home, finding two other firearms.
#7 Cummins was arrested at the scene and was held on $20,000 bail.
