Rodrigo Alves started on his plastic surgery binge when he was just 18. Now at the age of 34, he's spent over $400k on his looks. He even wants to have a sex change eventually to go from being Ken to Barbie.

The Human Ken Doll as he has come to be known is not transgender. He has just decided that he wants to be Barbie so he can be a "sexy old lady" like Caitlyn Jenner instead of growing into a saggy old man. He is all about vanity.

Recently it was revealed that he planned to have 6 ribs removed like model Pixee Fox did. He is struggling to find doctors to perform the risky procedure.

Alves is set to have the rib removal done in January of 2018. The procedure will cost around $37,000, a perfect way to start the year for the plastic surgery-obsessed man. He hopes the procedure will give him a more classic and elegant figure.

During an interview done by the UK Daily Mail, Alves said: "I was frustrated because I really want to be able to fit back into my four breast blazers as before but removing two extra ribs could compromise my lungs, and my doctors must be very careful that my health is not compromised. They said a big no to that and said that safety always comes first. Aesthetically speaking, the results will be the same as if six ribs were removed. The visual impact will be the same."

Recently, Alves has had another minor but bizarre procedure. He has a chemical peel in order to stop getting wrinkles. Chemical peels are lotions that contain acid. The acidic lotion will eat through layers of old skin and reveal a new layer when peeled off.

Avles told the Daily Mail: "It was fairly painful, and my face looks red now. It feels like burning! Here in Marbella is very sunny, and I can’t go out for the next few days unless I have a lot of sun protection!"

He continued, saying: "In 2018, I’m turning 35, and my quest has never been to look perfect but to look ageless. Due to the lights from the TV studios and the make-up, my skin has been looking rough, but this treatment will make my skin look finer and younger. I would never let myself go and no one will ever see any wrinkle on my face. Some men think that only going to the gym and looking muscular is enough. I believe that men should also look after their faces with night cream and makeup just like I do.. Taking pride in your appearance is loving yourself."

In regards to his upcoming rib removal surgery, Alves said: "My life shall be changed forever as from January 2018, and, by summer 2018, I will be looking like a fitness model. It will be my surgery number 60 between countless procedures, but I’m nervous, yes, because this is not a plastic surgery where skin or fat will be removed, we are talking about my floating ribs."

Going more in-depth about the procedure, Alves said: "I have been advised by all the doctors that it is a safe procedure, but it is unknown to the public because people that have it done don’t talk about it. Having ribs removed isn’t plastic surgery. It is a real surgery where the doctors will be changing the shape of my mid body to a very small size. I’m very much image conscious, and I love my fashion. The rib removal will change my body shape quite dramatically and the results will be seen instantly. Afterwards, I won’t be bursting in my slim fit blazers anymore. I shall gain a very elegant and classic figure."

For most people, plastic surgery is used as a way to enhance their looks and attempt to be more appealing to potential mates but for Alves that is far from the case. He claims that he's asexual and could care less about sex. He even went as far as to say that he was too "selfish for sexual contact." He hates being touched by anyone other than his surgeons and doesn't want to touch anyone else.

Alves says that both women and men are attracted to his strange looks but by and large it's straight men that think he's a woman that gives him the most attention. In his interview, he said: "The sort of men that like me are usually straight men. They come up to me after a few drinks and say, 'You are so pretty and so perfect and better looking than any woman I know.'"

Doctors have attempted to warn Alves that his body is in danger. If he has any more plastic surgery done he could be risking permanent harm or worse, death. Alves is undaunted saying: "I will keep going, there is no such thing as plastic surgery killing you."

Alves believes that becoming unnaturally skinnier will make him look better. He said: "I am quite boxy around the waist area. I like my fitted shirts and smart blazers, and they will suit me much better when I have that classic slender figure."

Once he has the ribs removed, he plans to regularly wear corsets to make his figure stand out even more.
