#2 Start With Two And A Half Cups Of Seasonal Fruits Mixed Together.

Put the mixed fruit into four half-pint canning jars. In a mixing bowl, combine one-half cup of flour, one-half cup of sugar and one-half teaspoon salt. Whisk these ingredients until properly mixed.

#3 Pour Your Mixture Evenly Over The Top Of The Four Fruit Filled Jars.

Then place a tablespoon of real butter on the top of your mixture in each jar.

#4 Once Your Jars Are Filled Move Them To A Square Baking Dish.

Fill the inside of the baking dish with some dried beans to keep the jars from sliding around while cooking. Bake the jars at 350 for about one hour.

#5 After Removing From The Oven Let The Jars Cool Completely For One Hour.

Once cooled, add a dollop of whip cream on top of each jar cake and seal with the canning lids. The cakes are ready to take to that picnic or eat as a dessert, and you can keep them in the fridge for up to a week. This fruity explosion could save you a lot of time.
