#1 You guys know what magicians are, right? Whenever I hear "magician," I think of this:

Yikes.

#2 Or this:

Double yikes.

Because of this perception (or maybe in spite of it?) British magicians Young and Strange conjured up a new way to get the public's attention:

#3 They photobombed a newscast.

Journalist Ashish Joshi was attempting to discuss NHS reform in Westminster, when Richard Young hopped into a magic box.

#4 While Joshi delivered some very newscaster-y fist shaking, Young's partner, Sam Strange, maked an elegant leap on to the table and "pushed" Young's front half into the bottom half.

#5 Then his bottom half gets pushed into his top half? Meanwhile our reporter was totally oblivious.

#7 They spun around in glory, having successfully ruined a newscast and tricked people into watching a lost art.

It all happened so quickly, which is exactly how I like my magic. They were in and out faster than a flyer for a magic show being handed to a tourist and then thrown into a trash can.

#8 No matter what you have to say about the magicians, you have to admit this was way better than some idiots flipping the bird and running away.
