Man on train reaches the limit of his patience and drenches another in beer after he won't stop kicking the back of his seat.
Public transport already sucks. You're in close proximity to literal strangers for hours at a time, are served strange food in plastic containers, and have to ask to get to go use the bathroom like a toddler.
What makes the bad situation even worse is when passengers behind you decide that now is the time to show off their high kicks,
OP was not going to take this sitting down. OP had been experiencing these rude kicks at least once per minute and the people behind him were not apologetic whatsoever.
OP finally turned around to let them know that they were kicking his seat but was once again subjected to kicks after receiving a lackluster 'sorry'.
OP's anger was silently stewing in his head when he decided to get away from the situation himself.
OP decided that revenge was best served cold when he heard the telltale sound of a beer can being opened. Knowing it was illegal to drink on the train, OP decided to act right there.
With the can sitting on the tray in front of the offending passenger's seat, OP started packing up his items and stuffing them into his backpack.
OP waited for the right moment and waited until his target was distracted.
Just as the guy looked away mid-conversation, OP sprung into action.
OP zipped up his bag and 'accidentally' hit his seat with enough force to knock the can over.
The guy acted fast but not fast enough and the contents of the can ended up all over him.
OP put on their best remorseful face and said 'sorry', much like he did earlier, and left.
Commenters were here for the pettiness. They even suggested reporting him for the beer.
