Man Marries Three Women All At Once Because He Couldn’t Afford Three Ceremonies

Ssemanda, caused quite a shock when he showed up at the local parish with three women, all wearing white wedding gowns.

"My wives are not jealous of each other. Good enough, each one has got a home and I promise to work harder and support them," the groom said.

The triple wedding ceremony attracted huge crowds, Pulse.ng reported.

The man only identified as Ssemanda also married his first wife who he married 20 years ago.

He was quoted as saying by Daily Mail.

"My wives are not jealous of each other. Good enough, each one has got a home and I promise to work harder and support them."

The two new wives are sisters also say they have no problems with sharing their husband.

His brides, 48-year-old Salmat Naluwugge, 27-year-old Jameo Nakayiza and Mastulah Namwanje, 24, were all overjoyed during the ceremony and seemed to enjoy all the attention.

The groom favored the three-in-one wedding option because he said it was cheaper.

The Muslim imam who performed the marriage rituals offered assurances that polygamous marriages were not against Islam. Polygyny is the practice wherein a man has more than one wife at the same time.
