Man Says He Refused To Give Up His Seat For A Pregnant Woman As He Works 'Long Hours'

On public transport, it's commonly understood that certain seats are reserved as priority seating for those who need them most, such as the elderly, those with disabilities, and pregnant women.

Yet, one man openly declared his refusal to offer his seat to a pregnant woman on a bus, justifying his stance by stating it was her "personal choice" to be pregnant.

He shared his dilemma on Reddit's Am I The A**hole? subforum with a post titled: "AITA for not giving up my seat to a pregnant woman?"

In a detailed post, he described how he had just finished a ten-hour shift and questioned fellow Redditors whether his refusal to give up his seat made him an a**hole.

The responses were mixed, with many users engaging in heated discussions. 

As expected, a significant number of people criticized him for his apparent lack of respect towards the pregnant woman.
