Sam Haynes, a 26-year-old construction worker, filmed a car swerving dangerously on Interstate 275 on his way home from work Friday and immediately thought of his sister, who was paralyzed in a 2009 car accident because of a drugged-up driver.

Haynes noticed the driver pulled onto the highway and immediately almost hit a guard rail, and started following her.

Haynes told the News he warned other cars to stay back to avoid being hit.

In the five-minute video, he chased the white Chevrolet Cavalier after seeing it tear over a grass field and back onto the interstate multiple times.

Haynes pulled up next to the car after yelling several times for it to stop. The driver, Sandra Harris, 43, began apologizing profusely.

Shortly after he stopped recording, the driver passed out, Haynes told the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Harris was brought to an area hospital and charged with driving under the influence, according to reports. Authorities say they believe she was high on meth or heroin.
