Siera Bearchell is well known on TikTok and Instagram. The social media influencer mom has almost 20k followers.

Siera's most recent video went viral on TikTok where she talked about how people differentiate between genders and this is something she came to notice after having a baby girl.

“Naturally people always think she’s a boy when she’s wearing something like that.”

Siera shares how her baby girl often gets confused about being a boy and this is where she noticed how people treat both genders so differently.

It's not new that babies as soon as they are in the world, people already specify for them what color suits them the best which is pink for girls and blue for boys.

“Or when she’s wearing neutral colors. Basically when she’s not wearing pink or a dress.”

Siera shares that she mostly dresses up her daughter in pink colors suits or dresses however sometimes she also dresses her up in neutral colors, something which others perceive as more 'masculine.' just like the Lion King PJs, her girl is wearing in the TikTok.

Sierra says this is the moment when she noticed that when people mistook her daughter for a boy, their attitude changes completely.
