“However this is a great time to say trans rights are human rights. Let people exist and be happy. And if this makes you mad enjoy being on the wrong side of history looking back.”

Recently, Tyson had a candid sit-down interview with fellow YouTuber Anthony Padilla, where she openly discussed her gender identity and pronouns.

In the video uploaded on Friday, the two internet stars engage in a wide-ranging conversation, covering various topics.

During the interview with Padilla, Tyson shares that she has always identified as a woman and desired to gradually introduce her fanbase to her true identity, just as she experienced a similar process when discovering her authentic self.

When Padilla notes that Tyson arrived for the interview ‘fully presenting as a woman’, Tyson happily confirmed: “Because I am a woman! She/her!”

She continued: “I’ve been fully confident in that decision for over a year now. My idea was to play catch-up with the internet in the way that I discover myself.”

Tyson explains that as she began growing out her hair and making changes to her appearance, she had a sense of uncertainty about her identity, but she was certain that she did not identify as cisgendered.

She added: “I needed the freedom to express myself and figure out who I was and for a while I was gender fluid.”

Fans who watched the video flooded the comments section with messages of support for the YouTube star, as one read: "I’m so happy that Kris is finally comfortable with being herself! love her so much!
