Delaware has recently brought about a new way to disperse child support funds through a child support card.

This new experiment is similar to the Food Stamp card, but only a portion of the child support money will be added to the card.

This measure was taken to prevent parents from misusing funds that are meant to help with costs associated with raising children, such as school related expenses, food, etc.

According to reports, the parent or guardian is required to report the child's clothing size periodically and the card also does not allow the funds to go to beauty items or adult products.

The goal is for this card to one day issue all or most of the child support funds and that once the child turns 13, a new card will be issued to the child to use at their leisure until they're 18!

How do you feel about this? It's a very polarizing subject.
