GOOGLE is actively promoting the idea that ethnic minorities CANNOT be racist toward white people through its internet search engine.

#1 While Google is usually helpful at answering weird and wonderful questions, it may have got itself into deep water with a question about racism.
When asked 'can you be racist towards white people?' the search engine is claimed to have highlighted an answer claiming that ethnic minorities can't be racist to white people.
#2 America is rather split on this and Google seems to be answering that question with what many believe to be an opinion and not fact.
The tech giant's search results appear to foreground left-leaning answers to this highly controversial question, rather than giving a view which reflects the fact there is debate over this contentious issue.

Google, however, has insisted the answer is not a conscious promotion and is instead the result of an algorithm linking another site from their snippets box.

#3 What's a snippets box?
When a user asks a question in Google Search, it often shows an extract from a web page that its algorithms believes to provide the answer to in a special featured snippet block at the top of the search results page.
This featured snippet block includes a summary of the answer, extracted from a webpage, plus a link to the page, the page title and URL.
#4 What happens when you look up if it's possible to be racist to a white person?
The Sun asked Google if a black person could be racist against a white person and were told: "The usage of the word racist relative to a hate speech by blacks on blacks or whites is incorrect. A subjugated group cannot be racist they can only be prejudicial."
When they asked Google the question "can you be racist towards a white person?" it showed a comment from a blogger called Slapdash Mom.
She wrote: "Prejudice against white folks is not ‘racism', it's ‘prejudice' or ‘discrimination'.
"Racism is something else entirelyit's a system that acts against people of colour in this country (established through slavery and colonisation)so their [sic.] is a difference."
