Being pregnant is a gift. For some, a miracle even.

Pregnancy isn't to be taken lightly either there are many people who struggle with fertility, or have lost their baby. Jokes about being pregnant on April Fool's Day don't make everyone laugh. There are some who might find this type of prank amusing.

Now imagine someone taking a "I'm pregnant" prank to the next level?

#2 Why would someone sell – or buy – a positive pregnancy test?

There is a pregnant woman who is selling her positive pregnancy tests for good money.

A woman posted an ad on Craigslist in Jacksonville, offering a positive pregnancy test for sale, reports FitPregnancy.com.

Why? Why would someone be selling her pregnancy tests?

The original poster had a few creative ideas some that are so crazy to even consider!

#3 Ad posted on Craigslist

"I am providing a product in which the consumer is able to purchase positive pregnancy tests or urine for your own use," the poster wrote.

"Whether you are using it for your own amusement such as a prank, or to blackmail the CEO of where ever who you are having an affair with I DONT CARE AT ALL this is an absolutely no questions asked type of deal tell me what you need I provide it for monetary exchange."

She also added: "I will not overcharge for the urine test but I will not be low balled either do not contact me if you are going to be cheap and difficult."

#4 Other women sell pregnancy tests online too

While the Craigslist ad has been flagged for removal, the woman is apparently selling her pregnancy tests or her own urine so they can take "their own" pregnancy test themselves.

The woman, who didn't want to be identified obviously! said she got into this after looking online for a job she could do while she was pregnant.

"I saw from other women and their experiences that it's very easy," the woman said.

#5 She’s making a KILLING

The woman told the news outlet that she was inspired by other women who were also selling their pregnancy tests.

After her first post to Craigslist, she said the money started flowing.

"$200 in a day off, something I have to do no matter what," the woman said.

Reporters from WJAX/WFOX went undercover to learn more about this project. After They replied to the ad, undercover, asking to meet up with the pregnant woman offering up her services for $30 a pop.

#6 “This was a no-brainer”

After she agreed, the reporters purchased a pregnancy test from the nearest pharmacy, and then met up with the woman. The woman used the bathroom, and then handed over a positive pregnancy test.

This woman isn't the first person to sell a positive pregnancy test online; it's a trend that's been going on for years.

Some women advertise it to simply play a prank or as a way to get a guy to pop the question.

"I don't see how you could trap a man," the woman said.

But to this pregnant woman, she considers it a job which is helping pay for her future.

"Me being in college working on a bachelor's and needing all this money to pay for a degree, this was a no-brainer," the woman said.

#7 “Fraud” comes to mind

The woman said dozens of people contact her to meet up and some even travel from as far as Orlando, but she said she never asks what they do with the pregnancy tests.

Is what this woman is doing ethical? Absolutely not.

"Fraud is the first thing that comes to my mind," Action News Jax law and safety expert Dale Carson said.

Carson said this type of transaction falls into a legal gray area since it's not illegal to sell urine, but the buyer could be committing fraud.

"This is the kind of thing that makes legislators go ‘we need to pass a law that says you can't do this,'" Carson said.
