The picture taken as William visited the Lindo Wing after the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth.
The picture shows the moment he gestured to cameras with three fingers up.
As he was walking to his car, Prince William told reporters:
"We are very happy, very delighted – thrice the worry now! We didn't keep you waiting too long this time."
Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton welcomed a new baby on Monday, April 23.
Kate Middleton gave birth at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London. To introduce the new Prince of Cambridge to the world Kate and Wills stood on the steps outside the Lindo Wing. Kate cradled the baby in her arms, looking amazing despite the five-and-a-half hours of labor.
His name was announced as Louis Arthur Charles.
According to Kensington Palace tweet: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles.
The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge."

Brother George also has Louis as his middle name.
This is the third child of The Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge, after 4-year-old Prince George and 2-year-old Princess Charlotte.
