#2 For Keeping Yourself Awake-Do Early AM Yoga
After you wakeup, take a few minutes to do some of your favorite yoga poses. Whether it's downward dog, Child's pose or cobra. It will get your blood pumping and you will start the day with a clear mind.
#3 Mid Morning Refresh
Instead of sugary coffee drinks go for green tea and drink a lot of water during the day. When you are feeling low on energy, grab some fruit or yogurt.
#4 Post Lunch Slump
Take a few minutes to clean up your space. It will prevent you from dozing off and will refocus your mind.
#5 4PM Feeling
Widen your stance and bend your knees, then, bending from your waist, drop your head past your knees and let your arms hang. Stay there for a couple seconds. If you need another jolt, do it again.
#6 Before A Big Night
If you have a really long night ahead of you, take a disco nap. A disco nap is 5-15 minutes. Do not hit snooze after or you won't feel energized and refreshed.
