Eva Tiamat Medusa, 55, from Maricopa County, Arizona, was born a man but you wouldn't know that by looking at him. Several extreme surgeries have transformed this man into a female, and now into a 'mythical beast' complete with horns, scales, and forked tongue.

#2 Bron A Male Named Richard

Born Richard Hernandez, in 1997 he came out as being gay. Unhappy with that lifestyle, he underwent a reassignment surgery in 1988 to become a female but stopped partway through. Now boasting 38D breasts, Richard is undecided on completing the gender change completely.

#3 He Had A Son Before His Transition

He also has a son. Living as a woman for a few years, Eva decided that she wanted to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a 'dragon lady'. Working as a banker, Eva found doctors and other professionals willing to do the painful surgeries she needed to complete her transformation.

#4 The Dragon Lady

In a 2012 video she posted online, she says "I am the Dragon Lady, A pre-op M2F (male to female) transgender in the process of morphing into a human dragon, becoming a reptoid as I shed my human skin and my physical appearance and my life as a whole leaving my humanness behind." She also added that she wanted to embrace her "most natural self-awareness as a mythical beast."

#5 Took Her Name From A Dragon In A Video Game

Eva then legally changed her name to Eva Tiamat Baphomet Medusa and went ahead with several extreme surgeries and tattoo sessions that would aid her in becoming a dragon beast. She has hundreds of fans and followers on social media and attends shows and events to meet people who are interested in her transformation.

#6 She Underwent Extreme Body Modifications

In 2015 she had her nose modified, complete with stitching, to resemble a snake or reptile. The procedure was carried out by professional body modification artist Emilio Gonzales, who removed cartilage and bones to flatten the nose.

#7 She Removed Her Ears And Had Horns Implanted

She not only flattened her nose, Eva is the first and only person to have both ears cosmetically removed as part of her ongoing quest to become a 'dragon'. She has implants in her forehead to mimic burgeoning horns.

#8 Entire Body Is Covered In Scale-Like Tattoos

Over 70 hours worth of painful tattooing covers her entire body to give her a scaly appearance. In early 2016 she had her tongue sliced and parted to give it a forked look. Her colored hair and makeup complete the look.

#9 A 'Special' Creation

Though she went through several transformations before deciding to become a dragon, Eva is happy with her new look. She even had the whites of her eyes tinted green to give a reptilian appearance. She recently posted on Twitter, "I am what I am. I am my own special creation."
