Teen Attacker Has His Tongue Bitten Off In Assault

A teenager who got his tongue bitten off while allegedly sexually assaulting a North Charleston, SC woman in her own home.

The teen lost his tongue when he stuck it in a woman's mouth during a home invasion and sexual assault Friday on Sumner Avenue, according to police.

The 33-year-old woman called North Charleston police early Friday to say a teen with a knife forced his way into her home after he knocked and rang the doorbell and she answered it, according to the incident report.

#3 She Bit Off His Tongue When He Stuck It In Her Mouth

The woman struggled with her attacker and bit off his tongue when he stuck it in her mouth to attempt to arouse her sexually. She spit his tongue on the floor and ran out of the house to call police.

#4 Teen Identified and Charged As An Adult On Many Charges

Police identified the teen on Wednesday as Antoine Miller, 16, of Remount Road in North Charleston. He was charged as an adult with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree assault, first-degree burglary, first-degree kidnapping and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

#5 She Ran Out The Kitchen Door To a Gas Station To Call 911

The woman had a bruised and swollen right eye and scratches on her left leg, according to the report. She escaped the ordeal and was treated for her injuries after calling 911 from a nearby gas station.

#6 Hi Mother Called 911 To Report His Sever Injury and Police Found Him At Waffle House

The teen was arrested at the Waffle House on Northwoods Boulevard after his mother called 911 saying he needed medical help, according to the report. He was taken to Trident Hospital and charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Police put the tongue in a bag of ice but doctors say it may not be able to be reattached.
