Dr. Phil’s show has all sorts of people that come on to seek his advice. He might be this generation’s more watered-down Maury.
This episode, which aired years ago has become an internet classic and is making the rounds again on meme pages.

He then proceeds to show a reel of people fighting in the streets with one particular man instigating bum fights on the streets in a televised show.

He added that he was looking for ‘talent’ on the streets just before he pushes an addict to pull out one of his teeth on camera.

After several equally disturbing moments, the camera cuts back to Dr. Phil’s set where we see the guest sitting on set dressed exactly like Dr. Phil. He even has the signature mustache and haircut.
This is when Dr. Phil stands beside his chair and refuses to speak to the man.

The guest, who is referred to as ‘Ty’ asks why and continues to say,
“If you think I exploit people, every time you bring a guest on this show you exploit them and spread whatever problems they have to the rest of this world. DO you think that’s helping them?”

Dr. Phil does not address his accusation and says,
“Yeah, keep telling yourself that, you can go.”
The audience applauds as people come on stage to escort him off.
