#1 The balance between night and day is never ending.

However; no matter if you're a morning lark or a night owl, you're more creative in your 'off' hours. So a night owl is more creative during the day and the morning lark at night.

#2 Society as a whole doesn't help, but night owls came up with a solution.

There's actually a social club called The Night Owl Society!

#3 Actually... night owls are reportedly better lovers and get more.

#5 At least it's unlikely for you to be a night owl your entire life.

People tend to go in cycles throughout their lives, transitioning from morning lark to night owl and back again.

#6 It's true. Morning larks are way more likely to be social and easier to get along with.

#7 I think you're just out of luck.

#8 It's always hard to choose, but being a Night Owl makes it harder because not only are you more creative... but you are more likely to have ADHD.

#9 Nope, not true. Night owls are actually more wealthy on average than the morning larks.

#10 It's a hard compromise there, but it's workable!

#11 Night owls are more likely to suffer from insomnia and depression.

Surprisingly it's the men that are at higher risk while it's the inverse for the morning larks.

#12 Time alone gives you more insight into yourself.

#13 Most night owls aren't lucky enough to get night shifts.

#14 Better learn those cooking skills!

#15 A lot of night owls choose the same method.

#16 Time is relative.

#17 Most people circadian rhythms set their waking cycles for about the same time every day.

#18 One word... Netflix.

#19 While morning larks are likely to have a happy outlook in life there's no evidence to support a difference in immune system.

#20 Got to be considerate, sigh.
