Most men would probably dream of having the biggest penis in the world but for 55-year-old Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, the experience couldn't be more horrible.

Despite having many problems due to his massive size, Cabrera refuses to get his 19-inch monster reduced. He feels that regardless of what his doctor says, his giant Johnson is a "gift" and should be in the Guinness Book of Records.

He proudly said: "I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world. I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have."

Yes, 19 inches!

The only person that we know of in the world that has a member nearly as big as his is Jonah Falcon and even his 13.5-incher pales in comparison. He is really in a league of his own.

Health problems arise.

Cabrera has paid a hefty price for his fame-seeking ways. Because of his giant member, Cabrera can't work a job which forces him to survive off of the kindness of others who donate to him. Meanwhile, he is trying to find some kind of solution to his massive issue.

He explained: "I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees. I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do."

Hold off on pitying him.

The fact that Cabrera likes to leave out of his story is that this problem is one that he himself created. You see, at an early age, Cabrera began purposefully trying to lengthen his manhood. He would hang weights from the end of it in order to stretch it beyond its normal, natural length.

His doctor tries to explain.

In an attempt to explain just why Cabrera is so obsessed with having a giant schlong his doctor revealed: "In Latin culture whoever has the bigger penis is more macho. It’s something that makes him different to the rest of the people and makes him feels special."

He refuses to get it reduced.

His doctor, Dr. Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez, has attempted to convince Cabrera to get his penis shortened for years now but he just won't listen. Dr. Gonzalez said: "We have advised him, 'Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn’t hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children.' But he doesn’t accept it, he’d rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people."

His health problems increase.

Due to his ginormous gourd, Cabrera has had to deal with several health issues over the years. He regularly gets UTI's due to the fact that all of his pee cannot escape for his massive foreskin.

A shocking revelation.

He has so much foreskin that doctors recently learned that the majority of Cabrera's giant stick is actually foreskin. Without all the foreskin, his walking cane is actually only about 7 inches long. That's a huge difference. The remaining 12+ inches is just a giant mass of blood vessels and skin.

Dr. Gonzalez explains how it all started.

Cabrera began his enlargement practices when he was just a teenager. Dr. Gonzalez said: "He was obsessed with the penis length. He began with this enlargement since he was a teenager, wrapping some bands around his penis with some weights and trying to stretch it."

The Mexican government has stepped in.

Even though Cabrera is in a nightmare of his own creation, the government of Mexico has said that Carera is disabled and can now receive financial assistance in the form of a check every 4 months. Of course, Cabrera doesn't feel like this is enough for him to get by.

An unlikely savior has shown up.

Because of his giant size, the adult film industry has tried to reach out to Cabrera several times. To date, he has rejected every offer but sooner or later he might not have any other option but to accept.
