#1 Pauly Unstoppable

They call him 'Unstoppable'. Pauly has the world's largest nostril piercings along with big ears and a very large labret as well as other piercings. He has undergone a meatotomy and has Teflon bumps implanted subdermally in his forehead and penis. He has over 300 tattoos and several scarifications. By all accounts, he's a normal guy who just wants to live and let live.

#2 Vampira

Meet Marie Jose Cristerna, also known as Vampire Woman, or 'Vampira', from Central Mexico. She has modified her body and teeth extremely. For example, she implanted cranial ridges below her forehead skin. A lot of her skin is pierced and she has numerous satanic tattoos. Her eyebrows have metal plates just under the skin and are permanently tattooed and pierced. She wears contact lenses that have been sewn into her eyes and has stretched earlobes. She has spent $8,500 and six years working on her "look" so far and is still working at it.

#3 World's Most Pierced Man

Rolf Buchholz from Germany managed to set a Guinness World Record of his own. With a total of 853 piercings, he is the world's most pierced man. Out of 853 piercings, 278 are located in his intimate areas including his anus, 107 around his lips and mouth, 14 on his feet, and 28 around his eyebrows. He also sports a full body tattoo from his neck to his feet.

#4 World's Most Pierced Woman

Elaine Davidson is the World's Most Pierced Woman, according to the Guinness World Records. When examined by a Guinness official in May 2000, Davidson had 462 piercings, with 192 in her face alone. Performing at the Edinburgh Festival in 2005, the Guardian reported that she now had 3,950 body piercings. She has more piercings in her genitalia than in any other part of the body - 500 in all, externally and internally. The total weight of her jewelry is estimated to be about 3 kilograms. As of May 2009, Davidson's piercings total 5,920. As of 2015, her piercings total 6,785.

#5 The Hawaiian Mutant

Kala Kaiwi certainly looks mutated, but his face is all man-made. 80% of his body is now pierced and tattooed. He has a split tongue, 70-odd piercings, numerous silicon implants in his face, and stretched ear-lobes and nostrils. That's all pretty run of the mill for the people on this list, but Kaiwi took it one step further. He's also got metal spikes screwed into the top of his skull. Kaiwi did all of his modification on himself and says he is inspired by his Hawaiian heritage.

#6 Most Tattooed Person

Lucky Diamond Rich of Australia has spent over 1,100 hours having his body modified by tattoos that cover his ENTIRE body, including genitals. He began it all with a collection of colorful designs from around the world, but could not stop there. He next opted for a covering of black ink over 100% of his body. He even had his eyelids, gums, and anus colored. He then went and had silver teeth implanted into his mouth in place of his real teeth. He has now begun having slight white tattoos done over the top of the black coloring. He is officially the world's most tattooed person.

#7 The Catman

Dennis Avner, also known by his Native American name, Stalking Cat, underwent massive surgery and implants to look like his totem animal, the tiger. He had his upper lip split, silicone cheek, and head implants, pointing of his ears, tooth filings, tattoos, and facial piercings. Every morning he would attach whiskers to special piercing implanted into his upper mouth and lip. He passed away in 2012 at the age of 54.

#8 The Lizard Man

Born Eric Sprague in 1972, the Lizardman was one of the first people to have a split tongue and in some circles is seen to be wholly responsible for the recent popularity of this particular modification. This 37-year-old man has transformed himself into a reptile via 700 hours of tattooing, five Teflon horns implanted beneath the skin of his eyebrows, filing down of his teeth into sharp fangs, bifurcation of his tongue, and stretching of his septum and earlobes.

#9 Bear Big Ears

Daryl Belmares has massive ear lobes. They're so big, he can literally wrap them around his face. Belmares has made it his mission to see how far he can stretch the saggy bit of skin most of us find no use for. Belmares is a pastor by day but holds the record for the world's largest stretched earlobes. He is also a professional piercer and tattoo artist. His ears have 14-centimeter (5.5 inches) holes in them. He also has implants in his forehead and a huge lip piercing that sports a 12-inch spike.

#10 The Zebra Man

Horace Ridler was a professional freak and sideshow performer. Performing as The Great Omi or The Zebra Man, Horace easily stood out, tattooed as he was from head to toe in black and white stripes. To accentuate his tats, Ridler wore black lipstick and nail polish. He wasn't always a freak, however, as he was a WWI hero who was decorated for outstanding conduct and gallantry in Mesopotamia. He died in 1969 from ink poisoning.

You've probably heard about The Enigma. Paul Lawrence is the guy with blue puzzle pieces tattooed all over his body who has made a name for himself performing stunts such as sword swallowing, pushing a moving power drill up his nose and swallowing various liquids, pumping them out of his stomach and swallowing them again. The Enigma is also an accomplished musician. Enigma's tats are the work of over 200 tattoo artists. At one point he had 23 working on him at the same time.

Meet Rick Genest. He's turning himself into a zombie. So far, more than 24 hours of tattoos, costing over $4,075 Canadian dollars, have got him halfway there and made him a minor celebrity on the internet, where people can't decide if he's a body modification visionary or mentally ill sicko. Genest comes from Quebec, and he got his first ink age 16. After he left home and met Montreal artist Frank Lewis, his zombie vision took off. At first glance, the tats seem to resemble a skeleton, but a closer look reveals a decomposing body and an infestation of insects to boot.
