Store bought

Well any parent can just go buy a costume and put it on their kid and send them out to collect their candy, but some parents make their child's costume. These parents made just "wearing" the costume more fun than Trick or Treating!

Ice Cream truck

Is he going to ask for treats or deliver them!?

This little boy has spina bifida and he had a really cool dad. His dad made him this awesome costume! His dad even put ice cream cones in the sales window!

Just look at how happy he is! WTG Dad!

Bulldozer

This one looks like it was a lot harder to make than it actually was! Just some cut out cardboard and painted yellow!

He can scoop up quite a bit of candy with that scoop on the back!

This little boy couldn't be happier!

Cinderella's coach

Every little girl wants to be a princess but not every little girl gets to have her very own coach too!

These costumes don't need to be expensive. This one too is a very simple one. Simply cut out pieces of cardboard and painted with some material pinned up as curtains.

Such a beautiful little princess!

Queen Cleopatra

Well this little girl wanted to take it one step further and be a queen! Her wheelchair was cleverly turned into Cleopatra's winged throne. Her tray is adorned with some Egyptian accessories and some gold embellishments on her costume and voila!

If I had this on my chair, I'd leave it on all year long! Look at that smile! Beautiful!

Hook and ladder fire truck

Many boys dream about driving a hook and ladder! Well this little boy had his dream come true! Well sort of lol. But hey he is super happy! Another simple cardboard, paint and tape costume. It really is easier than you think to make a child smile!

Semi truck

Move on over fellow trick or treaters I'm comin through! This one took a little bit more of an artistic touch and assembly but looking at their smiles makes it all worth it!

Neighborhood trolley

We all loved the Neighborhood Trolley when we were kids..this lucky little boy gets to BE the trolley! How cool is that! I bet he leads the crowd of kids on their candy run through the neighborhood!

Mad Hatter

This one gets my #1 vote! This is just adorable! Very whimsical and creative!

Much applause and respect goes to the friends and families that helped make all these costumes! Awesome job!
