#1 You'll need the following:

Zucchini

Milk

1 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated or dried)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

Here's what you do:

First, cut the zucchini into slices. The thinner they are, the crunchier the final result will be.

#2 Then dip the zucchini slices into milk. In about 10-15 minutes, they should absorb a lot of the milk.

#3 Now mix the rest of the ingredients. No need to be precise about the measurements.

#4 Now roll both sides of each slice once in the bread-cheese mixture.

#5 Place the breaded vegetable slices on the grate of your oven.

#6 Once it's full, it goes off into the oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes.
