Managing pimples and zits can be a huge pain in anyone's backside. And, to make matters even more confusing, even if think we know all the ins-and-outs of the skin we’re in, sometimes those obnoxious breakouts might actually be a totally different skin condition. Yep, sometimes "acne" just isn't acne.

It looks like a volcano erupting with pus instead of lava.

This person waited until his pus became infected. Look at the size of it when it comes out.

Sometimes you get solid, waxy pus that builds up and the only way to get it out is to visit your dermatologist.
#4 Lancing
Often times there isn't a head and it needs to be lanced. That had to be painful having all that pus in there.

That pimple looks like a breast expelling milk. Amazing how much was in there.
